With a hastag like #goodwinning2016 (and a bride with a fondness for sunflowers) you know this wedding day is going to be a blast! The Lucky Lemon Team fell in love with Mart and Dev when we first got to meet them during one of their quick trips to Florida from the Golden State. The sweethearts who met at University, were so fun, laid back and genuine that we knew their wedding film would be an authentic reflection of their personalities. One of the aspects of wedding cinema that we cherish is the chance to capture each couple and their individuality. Just like people, each wedding has its own personality and Mart and Dev’s was one of quirkiness, silliness and so much love between the newlyweds as well as all their amazing family and friends. And, of course, Oxford Exchange was the perfect venue for all the positive energy and excitement of the day!

The Lucky Lemon team loves Sarasota and is always excited to shoot at any of its gorgeous venues like the Ritz Carlton Beach Club! Newlyweds Becca and Brian chose this lovely location to start their lives together as husband and wife. But what happens when you wake up on your big day to find gray skies and stormy weather? That’s where the expertise of someone like Melanie from NK Weddings comes into play! She stepped right and swiftly made a few location changes (and seamlessly) made everything come together, all while the sky was opening up! Even more amazing was how easy-going and relaxed Becca and Brian were, even though their original plans had changed. The sweet couple shared their first look with the sound of raindrops in the background, bridal shots under an umbrella, and they danced the night away celebrating their new future. This is what we call the magic and strength of true love.

The Lucky Lemon team was so excited to travel to Cleveland, OH for Yassmin and Karim’s elegant Cleveland Museum of Art wedding! It was so refreshing to visit this city that is undergoing a revitalization and to experience a community that shows such a commitment to its growth. There is something about visiting the midwest that just makes us happy. CLEVELAND ROCKS!
Originally from Ohio, but now residing in NYC, Yassmin and Karim traveled home to celebrate the their new life as husband and wife. The wedding day was magical, almost as if we had a checklist for the perfect wedding film – gorgeous summer weather, an elegant and historically rich venue, a large welcoming group of family and friends, and the most beautiful bride and her one true love. Congratulations to the newlyweds!

There is something so romantic about Boca Grande’s banyan trees and old Florida feel. The Gasparilla Inn and Club certainly adds even more charm to an already magical location – and this intimate destination was where Cille and Michael said “I Do.”
So many dear friends and family traveled to this destination wedding from the great state of Alabama to celebrate with the sweet couple. The floral, designed by the talented Botanica International Design Studio, was like a fairytale including the most beautiful cake table adorned with 1600 roses! We can’t forget to mention the wildly fun Robert Williams Band who had the guests dancing and singing until the moment the bride and groom rode away in their honeymoon getaway golf cart! The Lucky Lemon Team had an amazing time creating this special wedding film and definitely felt welcomed by all the true southern charm of the day!
