Geez, ever since we launched our awesome new brand and site we have (uh oh) neglected one of the things we really wanted to accomplish with Lucky Lemon, and that is posting more stuff about US. Yep, good ole Tracey and Bryan – because we want you to get to know us!

So, a big thing in our lives is working out. We really have committed the past year and hopefully for a lifetime, to working on being the healthiest, strongest versions of ourselves that we can. That is where our super, amazing, inspiring, all-around way cool trainer, Stephanie Hageman comes in! We met Stephanie while working out at our beloved gym, My Way Fitness 24-7 here in Oldsmar. We knew after taking her boot camp and spending time at the gym, that she would really be able to guide us not just physically, but with other choices in life, like what to eat… fries or hummus?!?… (hehe.) In all seriousness, Stephanie has impacted our life for the positive and we couldn’t be more grateful and thankful.

We couldn’t wait for an opportunity to shoot a video to share with the world just how great Steph is. Ta Da!
